This home is in a peaceful rural neighborhood and is intended for quiet, respectful stays.
Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM.
Parties and events are not permitted. Any violation of our no-party policy may result in a fee per violation and/or cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Amplified music is prohibited at all times under local regulations.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property. Violations incur a $500 fee plus remediation costs.
Pets are not permitted.
Other house-rule violations may incur a charge per violation, per guest.
Riverside County prohibits wood-burning fires. Guests may use the designated gas fireplaces and pool-area gas firepit. The rear pergola firepit and outdoor patio fireplace are not available for guest use.
Pool heating is not available.
Spa heating costs $300 plus tax per day and must be purchased for every night of the reservation. It is available year-round, with a maximum temperature of 104°F. The spa is not preheated before arrival.
Please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests staying at the property. All guests must be disclosed on the reservation.

This house was a dream. Beautiful just like in the photos and spacious enough for several families. Shariann was super helpful and responsive, every concern was taken care of within minutes. We will definitely be back.

The house is in pristine condition and spotlessly clean. The pool is truly spectacular, along with the entire back yard, lush grass and awesome views of hot air balloons at sunrise. Would come back here for sure.
