Welcome to the Sand Section. The home sits on 2nd Street, a car-free walk street, and The Strand and the beach are about 3 minutes on foot, so mornings start with a walk to the water and evenings end with the sun dropping into the Pacific.
Cruise The Strand, then walk about 10 minutes to Manhattan Beach Pier and about 15 minutes to the Roundhouse Aquarium at its end. Downtown Manhattan Beach is about 10 minutes on foot, with dinner above the water at The Strand House, shared plates at Manhattan Beach Post and burgers at Simmzy's.
Hermosa Beach Pier is about 4 to 5 minutes by car to the south. Then it is back up the walk street for a soak in the hot tub as the evening cools
