We had a great time at Manhattan Beach. The location was perfect so we were able to explore the every cornor of the neighborhood. The house was cosy and warm. The host was super responsive. We loved it!

Parking: Garage not full size SUV friendly. Parking only allowed on one side. Other side tickets. Location: Perfect! Ocean views from windows. 10 min walk from local shops and beach. Downside, coming back is major incline. Communication: Responses were quick but felt very automated or AI generated. A lot of repeating and not always the clearest. Had some miscommunication about the grills because we asked for them to be cleaned and ready to go; ended up with the gas knobs being stuck so we couldn’t use and had to clean out the charcoal grill ourselves. Early check in: Needs Improvement! Reached out a few days before to see if we can arrive early due to trying to beat holiday traffic. Was told to reach back the day before then told it wasn’t possible just to be notified the next morning that we could. Luckily we were in the area so paid the $100 to check in 2 hours early. Overall: great price, location, amenities, and host. Parking cannot be helped.
